Lil Kim's Face Looks Unrecognizable During Appearance in West Hollywood: Picture

Lil Kim, is that you? In the past, the rapper's wardrobe (or lack thereof) was always making headlines, but now her face is getting all the attention.

The 38-year-old stepped out in West Hollywood on Friday, Feb. 1, looking almost unrecognizable. Lil Kim showed off what appears to be be a lighter complexion, fuller cheekbones and smaller nose. The "Keys to the City" singer (real name: Kimberly Denise Jones) also flaunted her curves in a short black-and-white see-through dress.

In March 2012, reports began to surface that Lil Kim had undergone plastic surgery. Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar Online that he suspected the rapper had a nose job and added, "Her face appears contoured and has a waxy sheen. It appears that she's undergone injection of fillers as well."

Lil Kim has been hard at work this week for a cameo spot in Tiffany Foxx's new music video "Twisted." The video also features cameos by Miley Cyrus and Lil Mama. "Starts with The Real Juicy J ends with Lil Kim," Cyrus tweeted Feb. 3. "What a week." Lil Kim retweeted Cyrus and added, "Love this girl ugh!"
